Calling customers (click-to-call)

1. Add your own phone in Account (for example your mobile).
2. In Calls & Messages use Call someone, or open a contact in Conversations.
3. Enter the number, choose which business number to call from and choose Call.

RingMind rings your phone first. When you answer, it calls the customer, who sees your business number as the caller ID.

Good to know

• Owners, admins and members can place calls; viewers can't.
• Calls appear in Calls & Messages as outgoing calls.
• To prevent misuse there's a limit on calls per hour per person.
• Calls you place aren't recorded.
