What it doesn't do
Good to know
- It doesn't check calls against your phone's contacts. It asks who's calling and flags the names you list; contacts you mark as VIP in RingMind are recognized by number.
- It answers a RingMind number. Business numbers in the US can be moved to RingMind; mobile numbers usually can't without changing your carrier plan.
- There's no app-store app. Add RingMind to your phone's home screen from the browser, and urgent messages are also emailed to you.
- Summaries are short and written by AI, so check the transcript for anything important.

Who is the personal secretary for?
Anyone who gets more calls than they can take: consultants, freelancers, owners and busy professionals who want messages instead of interruptions.
How does it decide what's important?
You give it a list of names to flag. When one of those people calls, their message is marked urgent and emailed to you.
Will it tell callers where I am?
No. It's instructed never to confirm your whereabouts, schedule or who you're with, and that rule is part of its tests.
