- It answers calls on a RingMind number in the US or Canada. Existing US numbers can be moved to RingMind; a move usually takes one to three weeks.
- Calls the assistant handles come with a transcript and a short AI-written summary. Calls your team answers aren't transcribed, but can be recorded.
- It can book appointments only through a connected calendar integration; it doesn't see your availability otherwise.
