Getting a number
Your plan sets how many numbers you can have. In Phone Numbers, search by area code or city, choose a number and confirm the monthly charge. Only the workspace owner can buy. Numbers are usually active within a minute.
Connecting it to an assistant
Choose which published assistant answers each number. You can change or disconnect it any time.
Transfers
Add up to five people to the assistant's Transfer list and enable Transfer calls in Tools. The assistant tells callers who it's transferring them to.
Messages
Enable Take a message so the assistant records the caller's name, number and what they need. Messages appear in Calls & Messages and can become tasks.
Releasing a number
Released numbers may be given to someone else and can't be recovered.
