Business details
Fill in every field marked with . Required fields must be complete before you can publish. Use Additional instructions* for anything specific to you; the assistant's safety rules always apply.
Publishing
Publishing sends your assistant to our voice provider. If you change details, knowledge or tools afterwards, the page shows Unpublished changes — publish again to update the live assistant.
Testing
- Run tests plays short simulated conversations and checks that the assistant introduces your business, takes requests correctly and follows its safety rules.
- Try it lets you chat with the published assistant exactly as a caller would get it.
What assistants won't do
They won't give medical, legal or financial advice, won't accept card numbers, and will tell callers they are an AI if asked.
