Personal AI Secretary & Executive Assistants

Assistants that answer your own line: they find out who is calling and why, take clear messages and flag the contacts you choose, so you decide what needs you.

The calls a busy person gets

Most calls to a consultant, founder or executive fall into a few groups: people you want to hear from, people who need something but can wait, and people selling something. Picking up every one breaks your day; ignoring them means guessing what you missed.

How a RingMind assistant handles them

The Personal Secretary answers your RingMind number in your name with a greeting you choose. It asks who is calling and why, takes a clear message with the caller's number and reads it back. You give it a list of names that matter, and messages from those people are marked urgent and emailed to you. It never shares where you are, who you're with or when you'll be back.

If you want certain callers to be able to reach you, add yourself to its transfer list. Connect Google Calendar, Microsoft Outlook or Calendly (Beta) and it can book call-backs into your calendar; without one, it takes the request for you to confirm. Every call has a transcript in your dashboard.

Built and planned

The Personal Secretary is the built assistant in this category. Planned assistants build on it:

Planned assistants aren't available yet; their pages explain how to cover the same calls with a built assistant today.

Limits to know

The assistant recognises important callers by the name they give; contacts you mark as VIP in RingMind are also recognised by number. It answers a RingMind number in the US or Canada: an existing US business number can be moved to RingMind, but mobile numbers usually can't without changing your carrier plan. There's no app-store app; add RingMind to your phone's home screen from the browser. Each call comes with a transcript and a short AI-written summary.

Questions about AI assistants for personal & executive

Does the personal secretary answer my existing mobile number?

No. It answers a RingMind number in the US or Canada, which you can give out as your business line. Existing US business numbers can be moved to RingMind; mobile numbers usually can't without changing your carrier plan.

How do I hear about urgent calls?

Add the names you always want to hear from. When one of those people calls, the message is marked urgent and emailed to you, and it appears in your dashboard.

Can important callers still reach me directly?

Yes, if you add your own number to the assistant's transfer list. It tells the caller who they're being connected to before putting them through.

Can it put meetings in my calendar?

Yes, when you connect Google Calendar, Microsoft Outlook or Calendly (Beta) and enable booking. Otherwise it takes a request for you to confirm.

Will it tell callers what I'm doing?

No. It's instructed never to share your whereabouts, schedule or who you're with, and that rule is part of its tests.

Is there an app to check messages?

There's no app-store app. Add RingMind to your phone's home screen from the browser to check messages and transcripts, and urgent messages are also emailed to you.

Built assistants have a full template and test suite and are offered once every test passes. Planned ones are on the roadmap — each page shows the built assistant to use today.
