What it's planned to handle
One assistant for a solo founder's calls, leads and calendar.
- Answers questions about what you offer using your own description of the business.
- Qualifies new leads by asking what they need, their timeline and how they found you.
- Books discovery calls into your calendar during the hours you choose.
- Takes messages from existing clients and flags the ones that need you today.
- Puts urgent calls from key clients or partners through to your mobile.
What you'd fill in
- A plain description of your offer and who it is for
- The questions you want every new lead asked
- When you take discovery calls and how long they run
- Which clients or partners should reach you directly
- Questions you never want answered on your behalf, such as custom pricing
Questions it's meant for
How assistants are released
Each RingMind assistant ships with its own instructions, safety rules and a test suite, and is offered only once every test passes. Join early access to hear when this one is ready.
Tools it would work with
When the founder is also the front desk
Solo founders and one-person businesses are the salesperson, support desk and scheduler at once. Every call is a context switch, and the calls that come in during focused work are often the new leads that won't call back twice. Hiring someone to answer the phone rarely makes sense at this stage.
How the planned Entrepreneur Assistant is meant to work
The Entrepreneur Assistant is planned and not yet available. It is being designed to answer questions about your offer in your own words, ask new leads what they need, their timeline and how they found you, book discovery calls during the hours you choose, flag existing clients who need you today, and put key clients or partners through to your mobile. Questions you never want answered on your behalf, such as custom pricing, would always go to you.

The General Business Receptionist covers the core of this:
- Business details: describe what you offer and who it is for in Main services or products, plus your hours and website.
- Additional instructions: list the questions every new lead should be asked, and topics to leave to you, such as custom quotes.
- Knowledge Base: add approved FAQs about how engagements work and typical timelines. You can also import a page of your website and approve the sections you want used. See the Knowledge Base guide.
- Connected tools: connect Calendly or Google Calendar for discovery calls, and HubSpot or Pipedrive to capture leads.
- Transfer list: add your mobile for key clients, then turn on Transfer calls in Tools.
Everything else becomes a message with urgency in Calls & Messages, alongside texts and WhatsApp in one inbox. See how AI lead capture works, or join early access for the dedicated assistant.
Entrepreneur AI Assistant: questions
Is it available now?
Not yet. The Entrepreneur Assistant is planned. Today you can use the General Business Receptionist, and join early access to hear when the dedicated version is ready.
Can it qualify new leads?
Will it quote my prices?
Only prices you have put in your business details or approved knowledge. It is instructed never to invent prices, so leave custom pricing out and it will take a message instead.
Can it put a client through to my mobile?
Yes. Add your mobile to the transfer list and describe in Additional instructions which callers should be transferred.
Can it book discovery calls?
Yes, with a connected calendar integration such as Calendly. Set the call length and available times in that calendar.
What does it need from me to get started?
A plain description of your offer, your lead questions and your hours. See how it works for the full setup.
