Your plan sets how many published assistants and phone numbers you can have and how many AI minutes are included each billing period.
Extra minutes
Minutes beyond your plan are charged at your plan's rate on your next invoice. Each call counts by started minute.
Usage cap
The owner can set a monthly cap on extra-minute charges in Billing & Usage. Your assistants keep answering after the cap is reached; you're simply not charged more than the cap.
Changing or cancelling
Use Manage billing to change plan, update your card, download invoices or cancel.
