How assistants are released
Each RingMind assistant ships with its own instructions, safety rules and a test suite, and is offered only once every test passes. Join early access to hear when this one is ready.
Tools it would work with
Support at the speed customers expect
Software customers ask how-to questions that are already answered in your help center, but they ask by phone, chat and messaging rather than searching. Bug reports arrive without the account or the steps to reproduce, which means a second round of questions before anyone can help.
How the planned SaaS Support Assistant is meant to work
The planned assistant would answer how-to and feature questions from approved help articles, collect the account, affected feature and steps to reproduce for bug reports, open or update a ticket and give the customer its reference, and escalate outages to your on-call team. Billing changes, refunds and credits would always go to a person, and it would never ask for passwords or full payment details. This assistant is planned and not available yet.
