AI Assistants for Real Estate & Property Management

Assistants for agents and property teams: answer listing and rental questions, capture buyer and tenant details, and record maintenance requests with the right urgency.

What agents and property teams hear

Real-estate agents get calls about listings, showings and valuations, often while they're out with other clients. Property managers hear from tenants about repairs, rent questions and emergencies, and from prospects asking what's available.

How a RingMind assistant handles them

The Real Estate Assistant answers listing questions from the details you provide and qualifies buyer and seller leads: timeline, budget or price range, area, financing status for buyers and property details for sellers. It takes showing and valuation requests for an agent to confirm, or books them through a connected calendar (Beta). CRM integrations (Beta) can save leads automatically when you enable them.

The Property Management Assistant records maintenance requests with the unit, address and problem, marks emergencies such as flooding as urgent and answers tenant questions from your approved knowledge. Urgent requests are emailed to your team, and callers who need a person can be transferred to up to five people.

Limits to know

Assistants don't connect to listing services or property-management software, so they answer only from the listings and policies you add. They don't take rent payments or card details. Business hours on a number can send calls to different places in and out of hours, but the assistant's transfer list is the same day and night.

Can it answer questions about my listings?

Yes, from the details you add to its knowledge, such as a listing page you import and approve. It doesn't connect to listing services, so keep that knowledge up to date.

How does it qualify buyers and sellers?

It asks about timeline, budget or price range, area and financing for buyers, and property details for sellers, then takes a showing or valuation request.

Can tenants report repairs by text?

Yes. With messaging turned on, the assistant handles texts and WhatsApp the same way as calls, and every request lands in the shared inbox.

How are maintenance emergencies handled?

Emergencies such as flooding are marked urgent and emailed to your team, and the caller can be transferred to someone on the transfer list.

Can it take rent payments?

No. Assistants never accept card or bank details. Payment questions are answered from your policies or passed to your team.

Is there a leasing assistant?

It's planned. Today, the property management assistant can answer availability questions you've covered and take tour requests.
