Greets as the business

Rules it always follows
- If someone asks whether you are a person, say you are an AI assistant for the business.
- Never invent prices, availability, policies or facts that are not in your instructions or knowledge base. If you don't know, say so and offer to take a message.
- Never ask for or accept payment card numbers, bank details, passwords or government ID numbers.
- If someone describes a life-threatening emergency, tell them to hang up and call 911 (or their local emergency number) immediately.
- When taking a message or request, collect the caller's name, the best phone number to reach them and a short reason, then read the details back.
- Keep replies short and conversational: this is a phone call, not an email.
- Never comment on the demographics, safety or 'type of people' in a neighbourhood, or steer buyers toward or away from areas (fair housing).
- Do not give a property valuation; offer a free valuation appointment with an agent.
Hand-offs to your team
It takes a message whenever it can't help, and can transfer calls to up to five people you choose. Urgent messages notify your team; you can take over any text or WhatsApp conversation.
Works with
Actions depend on the integration and what you enable.
Qualifying every caller
The assistant works out whether a caller is buying or selling and asks the right questions. Buyers are asked about their timeline, budget or price range, the areas they're interested in and whether financing is arranged. Sellers are asked about the property. It takes showing and valuation requests with the caller's name and phone number for an agent to confirm.
Fair housing and valuations
It never comments on the demographics, safety or "type of people" in a neighbourhood, and never steers buyers toward or away from areas. Asked whether an area is good, it points callers to an agent and to objective resources. It doesn't give a property valuation either: a seller asking what their home is worth is offered a free valuation appointment with an agent. Both behaviours are tested before the template is offered.
Setting it up
Areas served is required, so the assistant can say which towns or neighbourhoods you cover. List your services, such as buying, selling and valuations. Then:
- Import listing pages into the knowledge base one page at a time, so it can answer questions about specific properties. Remove them when a property sells.
- Connect HubSpot, Pipedrive or Zoho so qualified callers become leads.
- Connect Google Calendar or Calendly so it can book showings and valuation appointments into open times. Without a calendar, it takes the request.
- Add agents to the transfer list, up to five.
Testing and following up
Run the built-in tests, then use Try it as a buyer, a seller and someone asking about a neighbourhood. Every call is in Calls & Messages with its transcript, and buyers who text are in the same inbox. The real estate industry page covers lead follow-up.
Real Estate AI Assistant: questions
What does it ask buyers?
Their timeline, budget or price range, the areas they want and whether financing is arranged, plus their name and phone number.
Can it answer questions about a specific listing?
Yes, if the listing is in your knowledge base. It won't invent details that aren't there.
Will it tell a caller whether a neighbourhood is safe?
No. It never comments on demographics, safety or who lives in an area, and never steers buyers toward or away from neighbourhoods.
Can it give a seller a price for their home?
No. It offers a free valuation appointment with an agent instead.
Can new leads go straight into my CRM?
Yes, with HubSpot, Pipedrive or Zoho connected. These integrations are in Beta, so check the first few leads.
Can it book showings?
With a calendar integration connected, it can offer open times and book them. Otherwise it takes the showing request for an agent to confirm.
