What it's planned to handle
Dispatch intake and routing.
- Collects job details: pickup location, destination, what's needed and when
- Flags urgent jobs such as roadside breakdowns in unsafe locations and transfers them to dispatch
- Creates a job record in the connected work system for dispatch to assign
- Takes driver and customer messages for the dispatcher with urgency marked
What you'd fill in
- Services you dispatch and your service area
- What counts as an urgent job
- Dispatchers on duty who take transfers
- The information every job needs before it can be assigned
Questions it's meant for
Rules it would follow
- If someone is stranded in an unsafe spot or anyone is hurt, tell them to call 911 first.
How assistants are released
Each RingMind assistant ships with its own instructions, safety rules and a test suite, and is offered only once every test passes. Join early access to hear when this one is ready.
Tools it would work with
Dispatchers juggle too much at once
Towing, courier and field-service dispatchers run radios, drivers and phones at the same time. A new job call that arrives mid-conversation either waits or gets taken down in a hurry with the pickup address missing. Every missing detail means a callback before a truck or driver can leave.
How the planned Dispatch Assistant is meant to work
The planned assistant would collect the pickup location, destination, what's needed and when, flag urgent jobs such as breakdowns in unsafe spots and transfer them to the dispatcher on duty, create a job record for dispatch to assign, and take driver and customer messages with urgency marked. If someone is stranded somewhere unsafe or hurt, it would tell them to call 911 first. This assistant is planned and not available yet.
