Integrations let your assistant look things up, book and record things in apps your business already uses.
Connecting
- Open Integrations and choose an app.
- Read What your assistant can do: the actions it offers, each labelled with what it does, such as Reads data or Creates records.
- Connect it in one of two ways, depending on the app:
- With a token: follow the instructions on the page to create a token in the app, paste it and choose Connect and verify.
- By signing in: choose Sign in with the app and approve access.
RingMind checks the connection straight away and shows Connected as the account it reached. Only owners and admins can connect integrations.
What the labels mean
- Available — built, tested and ready.
- Beta — built and tested, but not yet verified with every account type. Check the first few results.
- In development or Planned — not ready to connect yet.
Connecting doesn't switch anything on
Each tool is off until you enable it on an assistant and publish. See Enabling tools.
Keeping it working
- If a connection needs attention, the page says so. Choose Sign in again, or enter a new token and choose Update and verify.
- Disconnect removes the app's tools from every assistant. Publish your assistants again to apply it.
Good to know
Tokens are stored encrypted and never shown again after you save them. See How your data is protected.
