How assistants are released
Each RingMind assistant ships with its own instructions, safety rules and a test suite, and is offered only once every test passes. Join early access to hear when this one is ready.
Tools it would work with
Many services under one roof
Wellness centers combine classes, treatments and memberships, so callers need help finding the right thing: is there space in tomorrow's yoga class, what does the monthly membership include, can I book a sauna and a massage on the same day. Staff run classes and treatments, and the desk handles check-ins.
How the planned Wellness Center Receptionist is meant to work
The Wellness Center Receptionist is planned and not yet available. It is being designed to explain your classes, treatments and memberships, book treatments and class spots from your schedule, answer questions about arrival, attire and facilities, and take membership change and cancellation requests for staff. It would never make health claims about treatments or give medical, nutrition or supplement advice.
Use RingMind for this today
Start from the Salon & Spa Receptionist:
- Business details: list treatments, classes and membership options in Main services or products, with prices if you want them quoted, plus your Cancellation policy.
- Knowledge Base: add approved FAQs for class schedules, what's included in each membership, how to change or cancel one, attire and facilities. See the Knowledge Base guide.
- Additional instructions: say that it never claims a treatment helps a medical condition and never gives nutrition or supplement advice.
- Connected tools: connect Google Calendar or Calendly to book treatments, and HubSpot to capture membership enquiries.
- Transfer list: add your front desk, then turn on Transfer calls in Tools.
Membership changes arrive as messages for staff to process. Class capacity isn't tracked by the calendar tools, so keep class bookings in your existing system or take them as messages. See salons and spas, or join early access.
Wellness Center AI Receptionist: questions
Is it available now?
Not yet. The Wellness Center Receptionist is planned. Today you can set up the Salon & Spa Receptionist for your center, and join early access for the dedicated version.
Can it book a spot in a class?
Not with class capacity today. It can book treatment slots in a connected calendar and take class requests as messages.
Can it cancel a membership?
It takes the cancellation request as a message for staff to process, using the policy in your knowledge base.
Will it say a treatment helps a health condition?
It shouldn't. Add a rule against health claims to Additional instructions; the planned assistant treats this as a fixed rule.
Can members message instead of calling?
Yes, once Answer SMS & WhatsApp is on. See SMS and WhatsApp for texting registration and WhatsApp rules.
