What it's planned to handle
Qualifies travel enquiries and books consultations.
- Asks about destination, dates, number of travellers and type of trip.
- Explains which kinds of travel the agency specialises in and how planning works.
- Books a consultation with an adviser through your calendar.
- Takes messages from existing clients about upcoming trips and marks travel-day issues as urgent.
What you'd fill in
- The destinations and trip types you focus on
- How your planning process and fees work, in plain words
- The questions advisers want answered before a consultation
- Adviser availability for consultations
- Who to contact when a client has a problem while travelling
Questions it's meant for
Rules it would follow
- Never quote fares, confirm seats or promise availability; an adviser confirms every booking.
- Never give visa, entry or health requirement advice; refer travellers to official government sources.
How assistants are released
Each RingMind assistant ships with its own instructions, safety rules and a test suite, and is offered only once every test passes. Join early access to hear when this one is ready.
Tools it would work with
Sorting enquiries before an adviser's time is spent
Travel agencies and independent advisers get a mix of calls: dreamers with a vague idea, serious clients ready to plan, and existing clients with a problem at the airport. Advisers spend time on discovery that a short set of questions could have handled, while the urgent travel-day calls deserve immediate attention.
How the planned Travel Agency Assistant is meant to work
The Travel Agency Assistant is planned and not yet available. It is being designed to ask about destination, dates, number of travellers and type of trip, explain your specialities and how planning and fees work, book a consultation with an adviser, and take messages from existing clients with travel-day issues marked urgent. It would never quote fares, confirm seats or give visa or entry advice.

Travel Agency AI Assistant: questions
Is it available now?
Not yet. The Travel Agency Assistant is planned. Today you can use the General Business Receptionist to qualify trips and book consultations, and join early access for the dedicated version.
Will it quote fares or hold seats?
No. It is instructed never to invent prices or availability. Fares and bookings stay with your advisers.
Can it answer visa or entry questions?
No. Tell it in Additional instructions to refer travellers to official government sources and their adviser.
What about a client stuck at the airport?
Add your on-duty adviser to the transfer list and describe travel-day problems as urgent. If no transfer happens, the message is saved as urgent.
Can it book consultations with a specific adviser?
Yes, if that adviser's calendar is connected through Calendly, Google Calendar or Microsoft Outlook.
