Your data and support

You decide what support sees, and you can take your data with you or delete it.

Reporting a problem with a call

Open the call in Calls & Messages and choose Report a problem with this call. Tell us what the assistant said or did and what it should have done. Choose whether to tick Share this call's transcript with RingMind support. If you don't, support sees only what you write.

You can also choose Report a problem on a conversation, or contact support from Support.

Downloading your data

In Settings, under Your data, choose Download workspace data. You get a JSON file with your assistants, knowledge, contacts, messages, call transcripts and tasks. Integration credentials are never included. Owners and admins can download.

Deleting your workspace

In Settings, the owner can choose Delete workspace. It permanently deletes the workspace and everything in it, for everyone. Download your data first. Before you can delete, RingMind asks you to:

  • release your phone numbers,
  • delete your published assistants,
  • cancel your plan,
  • release any client workspaces, if you're an agency.

Deleting your account

In Settings → Account, choose Delete my account, enter your password and type DELETE. This removes your login and your access to every workspace. Workspaces you share with others stay with them. If you're the only owner of a workspace, make someone else an owner or delete it first.
