How assistants are released
Each RingMind assistant ships with its own instructions, safety rules and a test suite, and is offered only once every test passes. Join early access to hear when this one is ready.
Tools it would work with
A booking needs every detail
Shuttle, car service and non-emergency transport operators can't send a driver without the full picture: pickup, drop-off, time, passengers, luggage, child seats, wheelchair access. A booking taken in a rush leads to a wrong vehicle or a missed pickup, and changes made by phone are easy to lose between shifts.
How the planned Transportation Booking Assistant is meant to work
The planned assistant would take ride requests with pickup, drop-off, date, time and number of passengers, collect requirements such as luggage, child seats or wheelchair access, book trips into your connected schedule or pass them to the booking team, and handle changes and cancellations. It would never confirm a trip or fare unless the booking team or connected schedule has confirmed it. This assistant is planned and not available yet.
