Available to use today

General Business AI Receptionist

Start from the General Business Receptionist, add the pests you treat and your preparation instructions to its knowledge, connect your technicians' calendar, and add your dispatcher to the transfer list.

What it's planned to handle

Books pest-control visits.

  • Asks what pest they are seeing, where, and for how long.
  • Explains your treatment process and how to prepare the home in plain words.
  • Books inspections and treatments into your technicians' calendar.
  • Flags urgent cases, like stinging insects near a doorway, for a faster callback.

What you'd fill in

  • Pests you treat and any you refer out, such as wildlife
  • How customers should prepare for a treatment
  • Service area and technician availability
  • Your re-treatment and follow-up policy
  • Who handles urgent requests

Questions it's meant for

Caller: “There's a wasp nest right above our front door.”
Caller: “I think we have mice in the kitchen, how soon can you come?”
Caller: “Is the treatment safe for my dog?”

Rules it would follow

  • Never give product safety advice beyond your approved information; for a possible poisoning or sting reaction, tell the caller to call 911 or poison control.
  • Never advise callers to apply chemicals or remove nests themselves.

How assistants are released

Each RingMind assistant ships with its own instructions, safety rules and a test suite, and is offered only once every test passes. Join early access to hear when this one is ready.

Tools it would work with

Stressed callers who want someone out fast

People who call pest control have usually just seen something: mice in the kitchen, a wasp nest over the front door, droppings in the attic. They want reassurance and a visit soon, and they often ask whether a treatment is safe for children or pets. Technicians on a job can't stop to explain.

How the planned Pest Control Receptionist is meant to work

The Pest Control Receptionist is planned and not yet available. It is being designed to ask what pest the caller is seeing, where and for how long, explain your treatment process and how to prepare in plain words, book inspections and treatments, and flag urgent cases such as stinging insects near a doorway. It would never give product safety advice beyond your approved information, and for a possible poisoning or sting reaction it would point the caller to 911 or poison control.

Pest Control AI Receptionist: questions

Is it available now?

Not yet. The Pest Control Receptionist is planned. Today you can use the General Business Receptionist with your preparation instructions, and join early access for the dedicated version.

Will it say a treatment is safe for pets?

It answers only from your approved information. Write that wording carefully, and for anything beyond it the assistant should take a message for a technician.

What about a sting reaction or swallowed product?

Every RingMind assistant directs life-threatening emergencies to 911. Add poison control guidance to your Additional instructions as well.

Can it book a treatment?

Yes, with your technicians' calendar connected. Otherwise it takes the request as a message with the pest, location and urgency.

Will it tell callers to remove a nest themselves?

It shouldn't. Add a rule against it in Additional instructions; the planned assistant treats this as a fixed rule.
