Questions it's meant for
Rules it would follow
- Never give medical advice or say whether chiropractic care will help a condition.
- Do not ask for or record medical history; the reason for the visit is enough.
- If a caller describes sudden weakness, numbness, loss of bladder control or severe pain after an injury, tell them to call 911.
How assistants are released
Each RingMind assistant ships with its own instructions, safety rules and a test suite, and is offered only once every test passes. Join early access to hear when this one is ready.
Tools it would work with
New-patient calls and constant reschedules
Chiropractic offices run on recurring visits, so the phone is busy with reschedules, plus new patients asking what happens at a first appointment. The front desk is also checking people in and handling paperwork, which means calls wait or go unanswered.
How the planned Chiropractic Office Assistant is meant to work
The Chiropractic Office Assistant is planned and not yet available. It is being designed for scheduling and office questions only: booking new-patient and follow-up visits under your rules, explaining what happens at a first visit and what to bring, answering questions about hours, location and insurance plans accepted, and moving or cancelling visits within your notice policy. It would never give medical advice or say whether chiropractic care will help, and would direct anyone describing sudden weakness, numbness or severe pain after an injury to call 911.
Use RingMind for this today
Start from the Dental Office Receptionist, which already avoids clinical advice:
- Business details: replace the dental services with your visit types and how long each takes. Fill in Insurance accepted, hours and address, and use the emergency policy field for your own wording.
- Knowledge Base: add approved FAQs about the first visit, new-patient forms, walk-ins and your cancellation policy. See the Knowledge Base guide.
- Additional instructions: say that the reason for the visit is enough, no medical history is recorded, and no opinion is given on whether care will help a condition. List the symptoms that should be directed to 911.
- Connected tools: connect Google Calendar or Calendly so it can book visits.
- Transfer list: add your front desk, then turn on Transfer calls in Tools.
Reschedule and cancellation requests are taken as messages for the front desk. See appointment booking, or join early access.
Chiropractic Office AI Assistant: questions
Is it available now?
Not yet. The Chiropractic Office Assistant is planned. Today you can adapt the Dental Office Receptionist for scheduling calls, and join early access for the dedicated version.
Will it say whether chiropractic care can help my condition?
No. It doesn't give medical opinions. It can explain what happens at a first visit and book one.
Can it move a patient's appointment?
Today it takes reschedule requests as messages for your front desk, and can book a new slot with a connected calendar. Moving bookings end to end is part of the planned assistant.
Does it take walk-ins?
It answers from your approved knowledge. Add your walk-in policy as an FAQ and it will explain it.
What if someone calls with severe symptoms after an injury?
It tells them to hang up and call 911. Add the specific symptoms your office lists to Additional instructions.
