Getting started with RingMind

RingMind gives your business an AI assistant that answers calls, texts and WhatsApp messages.

The five steps

1. Choose an assistant in the Brain Marketplace — each one is built for an industry and has passed its tests.
2. Add your business details (hours, services, policies) on the assistant's page, and anything else it should know in the Knowledge Base.
3. Publish the assistant, then test it with the automatic tests and the chat playground.
4. Choose a plan in Subscription, then get a phone number in Phone Numbers and connect it to the assistant.
5. Watch calls, messages and tasks arrive in Conversations and Calls & Messages.

Who can do what

• Owners can do everything, including choosing the plan, buying and releasing numbers.
• Admins can publish assistants, connect integrations and approve tool calls.
• Members can edit assistants and knowledge and reply to customers.
• Viewers can look but not change anything.
